Goggle Football is here in Newcastle providing an old school sports day with a twist!
Goggle Football based in Newcastle Upon Tyne is a whacky team sport that has been sweeping the nation. With goggle football or drunk goggles as it is referred to by some, it takes all the beauty out the beautiful game and replaces it with hilarious action.
Additionally you can also take part in our Beer Goggle games which simply put is an ‘old school’ sports day full of games that you played while at school but now as fully grown competitive adults but with a pair of goggles to distort vision to add to the hilarity.
Groups are first divided into teams, suited up and given a quick health and safety briefing and all the games will be explained and demonstrated. Teams will then compete in a number of games, training and honing their skills for the ultimate test at the end. The "Beer Goggle Relay Race". Teamwork really does make the dreamwork as you will have to guide your teammates throughout so choose wisely!
Games include football match, football dribbles, bean bag toss, 3 legged race, space hopper race, egg and spoon race and more then at the end all the games are put together to see which team is the ultimate beer goggle games champions in the relay race!
We can cater for 8-20 players but if you have more than 20 players we can arrange a package to suit your needs. We can provide the venue or if you have a venue and would like us to come to you, this can be arranged depending on availability.
We are based at a sports centre only 2-3 miles outside of Newcastle, close to the city centre so you can be back to bars in no time!
