NE Bubble Football provides bubble football and related activities throughout the North East of England and, subject to availability, other areas of the UK. Bookings may be made by telephone, email, through our website or by any other booking method offered by us. A booking is not confirmed until the date, time and location have been agreed, the applicable price and any additional charges have been confirmed, and payment or any agreed deposit has been received. Once a booking has been confirmed, a contract will exist between you and NE Bubble Football. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, pitch or venue hire fees are separate from our bubble football charges and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Our advertised prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the number of participants, location, date and time, duration of the activity, venue requirements, travel distance, additional activities or services requested, and any bespoke requirements agreed with the customer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, venue and pitch hire charges are not included in the price quoted by NE Bubble Football. Bookings taking place outside our standard operating area may be subject to an additional travel charge. All prices and charges applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed, the standard booking provides a minimum of 60 minutes of activity time, including a safety briefing and organised competitive games. For larger groups, participants may be divided into smaller teams and rotated throughout the session to allow for appropriate rest and hydration. Participants should inform our staff immediately if they feel unwell, excessively tired, dehydrated, injured or otherwise unable to continue safely. Our instructors may pause, alter or stop an activity whenever they reasonably consider it necessary for safety reasons.
Customers should arrive at the agreed venue sufficiently early to be ready to participate at the scheduled start time. The booking time begins at the agreed start time, not when the group arrives. If a customer or participant arrives late, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them, but late arrival does not automatically entitle the customer to additional playing time, a refund or a reduction in price.
The minimum participant age is generally 6 years old for bubble football, unless a different minimum age has been agreed for a particular booking. Participants under the age of 18 must have the appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating. You can complete the Under 18s parental consent form here.
Bubble football is a physical sporting activity involving movement, physical contact, collisions and falls. Participants must follow all safety instructions given by NE Bubble Football staff at all times. Before participating, all players must listen carefully to the safety briefing, follow the instructions of our staff, use the equipment correctly, behave responsibly towards other participants, not deliberately misuse or damage equipment, immediately report any injury, illness or safety concern to a member of staff, and stop participating if instructed to do so by a member of staff. We reserve the right to remove a participant from the activity, without refund, where they repeatedly fail to follow reasonable safety instructions.
For safety reasons, participants must not take part while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or any other substance which may impair their judgement, coordination or ability to participate safely. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation where we reasonably believe that a participant is intoxicated, impaired or otherwise unable to participate safely. Where participation is refused or terminated for this reason, no refund or compensation will normally be provided.
Bubble football is a physically demanding activity. Participants are responsible for deciding whether they are physically capable of participating and should seek appropriate medical advice before participating if they have any medical condition, injury or other concern which may affect their ability to take part safely. Participants must inform our staff before the activity begins of any relevant condition, injury, medication requirement or other circumstance which they reasonably believe may affect their participation or safety.
Participants acknowledge that bubble football is a physical sporting activity and that participation carries inherent risks. These risks may include trips and falls, collisions with other participants, contact with the playing surface, muscular strains and sprains, bruising, minor cuts or abrasions, and equipment-related incidents. By participating, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to follow all safety instructions and participate responsibly. However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
All equipment supplied by NE Bubble Football remains our property unless expressly stated otherwise. Participants must use equipment only in accordance with the instructions provided. If a bubble, harness, strap or other item of equipment becomes loose or requires adjustment, the participant must immediately leave the playing area and inform a member of staff. Any deliberate, reckless or negligent damage to equipment may result in the participant or booking customer being responsible for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, subject to applicable law.
Where a third-party venue or pitch is used, the venue operator may have its own terms, conditions, rules and safety requirements. Customers are responsible for complying with the venue's rules. Where the customer independently books a venue, NE Bubble Football is not responsible for the venue's availability, condition, cancellation policy, charges, facilities or actions. We reserve the right to refuse to operate at a venue where, in our reasonable opinion, the facilities, surface, weather conditions or other circumstances are unsuitable or unsafe.
Where an outdoor booking is affected by adverse weather or other conditions which make the activity unsafe or unsuitable, we may postpone or rearrange the booking. Where we determine before the session that conditions are unsuitable and the booking is rearranged as a result, no additional rearrangement charge will normally be payable. This is one reason we recommend indoor venues where available.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Where cancellation is permitted, any refund will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the booking. Where possible, we may offer to move your booking to an alternative date. A rearrangement fee may apply where the change is requested by the customer. Where an activity has to be stopped because a participant or group has deliberately or repeatedly failed to follow reasonable safety instructions, the session may be terminated without refund, subject to applicable law.
We may take photographs and/or video footage during events for legitimate promotional and marketing purposes where appropriate. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, please notify us before the event or speak to a member of staff on arrival.
If you separately opt in to receive marketing communications from NE Bubble Football, we may contact you about relevant offers, promotions, competitions, services and events. Marketing consent will be kept separate from acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Where marketing is carried out by or through an affiliated business, including NEOffers.co.uk, any relevant consent will be obtained in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic marketing requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict liability which cannot legally be excluded or restricted, exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights, or give you fewer rights than you are legally entitled to. Subject to the above, NE Bubble Football will not be responsible for losses which are not reasonably foreseeable or which arise outside the scope of the services we have agreed to provide.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse NE Bubble Football for reasonable losses, costs or expenses arising directly from your deliberate or negligent misuse of our equipment, property or services, or from your material breach of these Terms & Conditions. This provision does not apply to the extent that the loss has been caused by our negligence, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty or other unlawful act.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions and any contract between you and NE Bubble Football shall be governed by the law applicable in the relevant part of the United Kingdom. Where you are a consumer, you will retain any mandatory legal protections and rights applicable in your place of residence.
